Race Nutrition

Our races are supported by Tailwind Nutrition and we will have Tailwind in our water jugs at the aid station.

Pit Area and Aid Station:

Runners are allowed to set up a pit with a canopy tent, no larger than 10x10, at the start/finish area at the venue. No cars will be allowed inside the venue and NO TENT STAKES. You must bring something to weigh your tent down if you opt to bring one. We recommend bringing a weight since this event is on a river and could get windy.

There will be one aid station. We'll be fully stocked with typical ultra foods and will have vegan-friendly options available. If you have any special dietary requests for the aid station please contact us.

This race is a cupless race.  This means we do not plan to have a ton of plastic cups for you waiting at the aid stations. Please plan to bring a bladder/pack, water bottle, or reusable cup to use for the day.

Weather:

This is September in NJ. Anything we tell you to expect will be wrong, so expect anything. Since the event is on the waterfront of the Delaware River, it can be windy at the venue.

Pacers/Rules:

No pacers are allowed for this event.

You are allowed to have as many crew/spectators as you would like.

Please do not bring any pets. We love animals but we can't have them here.
