Registration Policies
We get it. Life happens. Injuries happen. Plans change. Sometimes your body just decides it has other ideas. Here’s how refunds and deferrals work at Endless Endurance:
Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Once you register, your entry is non-refundable.

Race planning and expenses start long before race day. By the time most of you come to this page to check, we've already paid for insurance, shirts, permits, buckles, and more with you in mind, so this policy applies regardless of injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or other changes in plans.

We do offer race insurance at registration at all of our races that covers you for things like injuries or work conflicts that you could not foresee for a very nominal charge. We highly recommend considering this at registration.

Deferrals & Race Credit

The Old Six Day is the exception: Registrations for The Old Six Day are non-refundable and non-deferrable. No deferrals or race credits are available for any reason.

For all other Endless Endurance events:

More than 30 days before race day:
You may defer your registration and receive a 100% deferral into the following year's event. You can do this from your Registration page in RunSignup.

Deferrals are only valid for the following year.

7–30 days before race day:
You may cancel your registration and receive 50% race credit toward the following year's event. You must email us to confirm this at info@endlessendurance.com

Less than 7 days before race day:
No refunds, deferrals, or race credits are available.

pregnancy deferrals:

Any athlete who is a registered entrant and is or becomes pregnant prior to race day and chooses to not participate in the event due to such circumstances is allowed a deferral credit into the following year's race. These deferrals are valid for 2 years.
